1. General Terms
The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard, and other unknown outside influences.
2. Dog Waste Removal Service
The Scooper Trooper offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include One-Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, Every Other Week Cleaning, and Seasonal Cleaning. All pricing is based on an area size of 1/8th of an acre. Larger areas will incur an additional charge.
3. Accessing Your Yard
The customer understands that if The Scooper Trooper can’t access the area needing cleaning due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or dogs in the yard, the scoop will be skipped, and charges will still apply. We suggest adding gate combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests we come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.
4. Weather
The Scooper Trooper will work through rain and cold as long as it is safe to do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, or snow accumulation. We are a MONTHLY subscription service and do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. In these cases, we will skip service for that week and see you the following week. No refunds will be issued as we still have to pick up all the waste that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us, and we will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee it. Additionally, we do not want to damage your yard. If it is very muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled visit when things have dried out.
5. Holidays
The Scooper Trooper does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. If your pick-up day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. No refunds are provided for a missed pick-up. We still have to do the work and pick up all the waste from the week prior.
6. Billing
The Scooper Trooper pre-bills monthly for our service. Your account will be charged on the 1st of the month for service. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue is resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since your last clean-up, a first-time clean-up fee will be applied. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30-day period, you will be removed from the schedule. One-Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If payment becomes more than 30 days late, your account will be turned over to collections.
7. Leaves, Debris, and Tall Grass
We will always do our best to clean your yard thoroughly. However, it can be challenging to find dog waste in tall grass or a yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, some waste may be missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get anything missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible.
8. Additional Fees
- Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks: $5/visit
- Come back request: $5/time
- Cleaning rocks/pebble areas: $3/visit
- Waiting fee: $5/visit
9. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information to provide you with our services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and general information about your property and pets. We do not sell your information or send it to third parties, except as necessary for processing payments or complying with legal obligations.
10. Revisions
The Scooper Trooper may amend these Terms from time to time without notice. Amendments will be effective upon posting updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Shutdown
We reserve the right to shut down operations fully between Christmas and New Year’s Day. You will be billed at your normal monthly rate unless you scoop your yard fully during our shutdown.
12. Late Payment Fee

A $10 late payment fee is added to each bill that is late. Payment is due on the 1st of each month. Bills become late on the 3rd of each month.
